Fees are Non-Refundable. The purchase of lessons is only for lessons and is not exchangeable for credit or refund. If you need to go on holiday, the lessons will be moved to a later time.

All cancellations must be notified.

Early cancellations: Lesson cancellations notified 24 HOURS BEFORE the scheduled lesson time will NOT be charged; a lesson credit will be arranged.

Late cancellations: Lessons canceled with insufficient notice (under 24 hours) will be charged. THE MEDICAL CERTIFICATE provided will redeem the lesson in

credits

No Shows: If you fail to show up for a session or cancel after the 24-hour notice period has expired, you will be charged for that session and cannot reschedule it;

the session will be forfeited.
